For the current COVID-19 Situation

What is the standard delivery time OR when can I receive my order?

Answer:
We are experiencing extreme delays in Stocks replenishment & shipments due to the current COVID-19 situation. Currently, our processing time is 2 weeks and another week is the tentative time of delivery by the courier/ postal service from the placement of
your order.

Also,
note that Postal/ Courier Services have defined and set their own SOPs for the delivery keeping in mind health and safety measures for their employees as well as for the customers. We urge you to check those on their respective websites for a better understanding
and tracking status of your order.

Question:
When the stocks are available?

Answer:
We are experiencing extreme delays
in Stocks replenishment & shipments due to the current COVID-19 situation. Usually, we fill up our stocks every week but for now, the abrupt and intermittent work schedules we are unable to achieve our weekly objectives, however, we are coping to refill stocks
as soon as possible, please check back in a few days.

What measures have you taken to ensure Health & Safety at your warehouse?

Answer:
As a valued customer, we want to be sure you’re informed of the steps we are taking to keep our employees safe and our facility clean as we all face the impact of the coronavirus. We are following guidance from both the Centers for Disease Control and the
World Health Organization and have taken the following precautions:

1. Frequently cleaning restrooms, work
stations and other commonly used areas along with increased sanitizer stations.

2. Working with our supplier partners
to replenish cleaning and health-related products quickly.

3. Encouraging all our employees to monitor
their own health and take the necessary steps to see a doctor if they feel ill. We are also asking our employees to stay home if they, or anyone in their home, is sick.

4. We are checking employees’ temperatures
upon arrival.

5. Our employees have staggered lunches
broken into several small groups to try to prevent personal contact.
